Good thing they moved it - I thought I would miss playing in the Olympics because of Vegas. Now I'll be able to play goal for USA. Not sure what the goalie situation for Vegas is - Dan are you playing?

Road closures and traffic

In addition to the Greenwood car show which will go up Aurora Ave and probably make parking a little bit of a problem, the rock and roll marathon is also going on tomorrow. Saturday, June 6 - Game starts at 1:30

We're going to start a bit earlier today so we can get in plenty of hockey and then catch the full Stanley Cup game at 5.

5/16 Game - Any goalies?

I won't be around tomorrow or next week, and I think Dan is gone some weekends as well. Anyone playing tomorrow may have to get in goal.

Anyone interested in some practice before the game tomorrow?

Does anyone want to come a bit early tomorrow (1:30 or so) to get in a bit of practice? I'd like to get some work in goal. If there is someone who has played goal, or just a few people who would want to shoot around, it would help. I've never played on a real team, and we go right into the games, so I'd like to get some practice reps beforehand.

Any old goalie equipment?

I'm upgrading my goalie gear and was wondering if anyone had some old gear that I could buy. I especially need some thigh pads. If you know a good place to get gear (in Seattle or online), please let me know.
